$99 one-time

The first step. Tell us about your business, and we tell you exactly what your website needs and what it will cost. If you go ahead, the full amount comes off the build price.

The build

$2,500 one-time

Covers what most businesses need. If your plan calls for more, you’ll know the price before you spend a dollar. Half to start, half when the site goes live, by invoice.

The care plan

$450 a month

Starts the day your site goes live. Covers hosting and every change listed in section 04. Nothing is billed by the hour.

The term

Six months to start, then month to month. After that you can stop with 30 days’ notice and keep your site.

Tell us about your business

Answer the questions at the bottom of this page. We email you an invoice for the plan.

Step 2

We tell you what your site needs

Your plan arrives within two business days of payment: what the site should say, page by page, and what it will cost. It’s yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.

Step 3

You give the go-ahead

Pay half the build price, minus what you paid for the plan, and we get to work. We write and design the whole site.

Step 4

Review the draft

Within a week you get a private link to the draft. Send changes by email or text and we make them.

Step 5

It goes live

You pay the second half, the site goes live at your address, and from then on we run it.

The care plan

Send us the change. It’s live the next business day.

New hours, prices, photos, or wording: email or text them to us and they’re live by the next business day.

We keep the site online, fast, and secure. You don’t have to do anything.

We watch the site around the clock. If something breaks, we fix it.

Every version of the site is saved, so any change can be undone.

We handle one request at a time, in order, so nothing gets missed.

Bigger jobs are priced separately before we start: online booking, taking payments, a full redesign, or extra pages for a short-term promotion. You always know the price before we begin.

How do I know what my website needs?

You don’t have to. That’s what the plan is for. We look at your business and tell you what the site needs, how big it should be, and what it will cost, before you commit to anything.

What’s in the site plan?

What each page of your site should say, how it should be laid out, and what’s worth keeping or fixing on your current site if you have one. It’s written for your business, not copied from a template, and it’s yours to keep.

Why charge for a plan at all?

Because writing a useful plan takes real work, and charging for it means we spend our time on owners who are serious. The full amount comes off the build price if you go ahead.

I already have a web address.

It stays yours, and the new site goes on it. We handle the switch when the site launches, and your address keeps working the whole time.

Do I have to write anything?

No. We write everything from your site plan and one short phone call. You read it and correct anything that’s wrong before the site goes live.

What if I want changes after launch?

Email or text them to us. Changes to words, photos, hours, prices, and layout are included in the care plan and go live by the next business day.

Can I stop the care plan?

Yes. After the first six months you can stop with 30 days’ notice, and we give you a complete copy of your site.

Who owns the website?

You do. The web address is registered in your name from day one, and the site itself is yours to take to anyone if you ever leave.

Do you do online booking or payments?

Yes, as a separate small project after your site is live. We price it before we start.
